| Can Corporations Survive the Global Economic Meltdown? |
|
With the global recession running for months and a looming depression just waiting around the corner, could corporations survive the possible economic catastrophe? Would the bail out plans and incentive schemes really work with governments of the most advanced economies bail-outing their dwindling corporations? Assuming that the bailout plan worked in unclogging the market and letting the goods and services flow, until when would this happen until the next economic bubble would burst? Why do financial bubbles burst in the first place? The reason is simple. There are too many investments on a certain bubble which people cannot immediately purchase. We bump face flat into the old law of supply and demand. There’s too much production that people cannot even buy. With this happening, the corporations go bankrupt and the people lose their jobs and all the world suffers. The solution is really to let people have money with which they can buy with and so therefore move the market freely. How could corporations do this when global poverty is on the rise? Is there really a solution to this seemingly endless crisis? Fortunately, there is. And this is provided by the global shift to information technology. Few corporations realize this but the solution is really to provide jobs to developing nations through HR outsourcing. Business process outsourcing solutions are really the way to go. Hr outsourcing would cost less for corporations since wages in developing countries are relatively low. ...the fear that business process outsourcing will rob jobs from advanced nations is baseless... Business process outsourcing can serve advanced nations on many counts:
As for the citizens of advanced nations who would lose their jobs because of outsourcing, they would eventually get them back when the corporations will have expanded their profits bring to their countries the much needed revenues. Thus the fear that business process outsourcing will rob jobs from advanced nations is baseless. In fact it is their home grown transnational companies that would stand to gain bringing profits back to their home country. Thus hr outsourcing would benefit everybody and hurt no one. For example, all writing services which all corporations do can be outsourced. All writing services are computer based and can be transmitted through the net. A corporation can easily get cheap and good writers around the globe. |
